Why I built Tiny Tools

I was the child who needed these resources — and nobody came.

That experience never left me. It became my mission.

Tiny Tools for Big Feelings was built from the inside out — every story, every tool, every resource designed to make sure no child feels invisible, unheard, or unsupported.

I'm Bonnie — founder, creator, and former child who had big feelings and zero tools. Today I create CASEL-aligned SEL resources for Pre-K through Grade 3 that teachers can use immediately, families can continue at home, and districts can trust.

Because when little lessons land early, they make big changes that last a lifetime.

Where little lessons make big changes.

What we believe

The youngest deserve the most thoughtful design.

Pre-K is not 'K minus one.' It needs its own approach.

Neurodivergence is not a problem to fix.

It's a starting point for better, more universal design.

Families are partners, not afterthoughts.

If a tool can't reach a Spanish-speaking grandmother on a flip phone, it's not ready.

Teachers are not data-entry clerks.

If a tool requires more than 5 minutes of prep, we built it wrong.
