Agreement

By using Tiny Tools for Big Feelings ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a school or district, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

We provide an educational platform for early-childhood social-emotional learning, including audio stories, sing-alongs, no-prep teacher guides, family-engagement tools, and district reporting dashboards.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Resell, redistribute, or publicly perform our content without written permission
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access non-public areas
  • Upload harmful code or attempt to disrupt the Service

Intellectual property

All stories, sing-alongs, audio, illustrations, lesson guides, and platform code are owned by Tiny Tools for Big Feelings. Districts and educators receive a non-exclusive license to use the Service for educational purposes during the term of their subscription.

Subscriptions & pricing

Districts are billed per school. Pricing is provided via quote. Subscriptions auto-renew annually unless canceled in writing 30 days before renewal.

Privacy

Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are FERPA & COPPA conscious by design.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." While we strive for high-quality educational outcomes, we do not guarantee specific student or behavioral results. The Service is not a substitute for professional mental-health support.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tiny Tools for Big Feelings is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.

Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, district data is exported on request and then deleted within 30 days.

Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated to district administrators by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
